Shannon Ranches Vineyard management services include the daily operations of vineyard property incorporating labor services, foremen and ranch managers as necessary, equipment as needed and administrative services. Shannon Ranches is a Qualified Applicator which allows it to implement spray programs in-house. Through its diverse and various contacts, Shannon Ranches is able to assist with and are proactive in locating buyers for our clients’ grapes.

Development services include design and installation of trellis and irrigation systems, deer fencing, vineyard layout and mapping; varietal, rootstock and clonal recommendations based on soil and water analysis; obtaining the necessary county permits, erosion control plans, and drainage plans; clearing land, ripping, and finally, planting the vineyard.

Shannon Ranches is licensed Farm Labor Contractor and provides skilled labor services for seasonal work. The Custom Harvesting Division utilizes four mechanical grape harvesters which allow us to mechanically harvest numerous vineyards. This division is also equipped with gondolas, valley bins, trailers, and hauling equipment.
